The updates stop, and then the site is somebody else’s
An unpatched plugin is how almost every small site gets compromised. The exploit is usually months old and public; the site was simply never updated after launch.
The certificate lapses and browsers block the door
A visitor does not see an expired certificate. They see a full-page red warning telling them your site is unsafe, and most of them leave without reading it.
There is no backup, so a bad day is a total loss
A failed update, a bad edit or a compromise is a twenty-minute problem with a tested restore point, and a rebuild from scratch without one.

How the hours work
Hours are per calendar month and logged against your project, so you can see where they went. Unused hours roll forward one month only, capped at half your allowance. They are a scheduling convenience, not a balance: never cashable, and gone on cancellation.
You are told before you overrun
At 80% of your allowance you get an automatic notice, and nothing beyond it happens without a written quote and your approval. Nobody should ever be surprised by an overage invoice.
Extra hours, if you want them
₹1,500 / $25 an hour in five-hour packs. That rate sits above the per-hour value of every plan on purpose: if you need extra hours three months running, upgrading is cheaper and we will say so.
What a care plan is not
A plan that quietly absorbs project work is how agencies end up delivering unbilled hours and clients end up with an invoice nobody expected.
New sections and rebuilds
A new template, a new section or a full redesign is a project, not maintenance. We quote it separately and you approve it before anything starts.
Content and photography
We do not write your copy, shoot your products or produce video. We will happily publish what you give us, inside your hours.
Rankings work and advertising
No link building, no keyword strategy, no rank reporting, no ad management, no posting to your channels. If you need it, we will introduce you to someone who does it properly.
Anything we cannot reach
We do not take on a site we can get neither admin nor staging access to. That is not caution — we would simply be guessing.
Care Growth includes search hygiene, and that phrase is narrow on purpose: technical health, structured data, Core Web Vitals, crawl and index health, and watching Search Console. It is the engineering half of being findable — not a rankings campaign, which we do not sell.

Response times run on Indian business hours and are measured from your first message, not from when someone picks it up. Full terms are on the service level agreement.
Add hosting and save 15%
Care looks after the website; hosting looks after the machine it runs on, and both are easier to fix when one team holds them. Care Pro or Growth with managed hosting drops the hosting 15%, to ₹1,274 / $20 a month per site. Staying where you are is fine too.

How much should I pay someone to maintain my website?
For a small business site, ₹4,999 / $79 a month buys updates, daily backups, monitoring, malware cover and an hour of real work. Below roughly that, you are buying a monitoring script and nobody to answer when it fires. Above ₹11,999 / $199 you are mostly buying hours rather than maintenance.
How much does website maintenance cost?
Ours is ₹4,999 / $79, ₹11,999 / $199 or ₹29,999 / $499 a month, billed in advance, two months free if you pay annually, Indian prices before GST. The only variable cost is work beyond your included hours, quoted and approved in writing first.
Can I hire someone to manage my website?
That is what a care plan is: a team that already knows the site, applies the updates, keeps the backups, watches the monitoring and makes the small changes you would otherwise chase a freelancer for. Without a salary, a notice period, or a bus factor of one.
How much should I charge per hour for website maintenance?
If you are the one maintaining: our add-on rate is ₹1,500 / $25 an hour in five-hour packs, and that is a marginal rate above a plan, not a standalone one. A plan is cheaper per hour than buying hours — deliberately, because we would rather you upgraded than bought overage monthly.
Do I need to pay for website maintenance?
Not if someone in-house applies the updates, tests them, keeps off-site backups, watches uptime and checks the forms still send. If that person exists, do not buy this. Most businesses discover they do not have them on the day something breaks.
Can you take over a site another agency built?
Yes, and it is most of what we onboard. We start with a free audit, tell you what we find, and fix anything urgent before month one. We need admin access and a way to take a staging copy; we do not need the other agency's cooperation.
What if my site is already hacked?
Then it is a cleanup first, not a plan. A one-off emergency removal is ₹9,999 / $149 — full clean, hardening, a blacklist removal request and a 30-day reinfection guarantee. That guarantee continues only under a plan, because we cannot promise anything about a site nobody is patching.
Is there a contract, or a lock-in?
No lock-in. Plans are monthly, auto-charged in advance, cancellable on 30 days' written notice at the end of the paid period, and your price is locked for 12 months from signup. If you leave, the site and the backups are yours and we hand them over.
