Every price we charge is on this page, with no form in front of it. Care plans start at ₹4,999 / $79 a month and managed hosting at ₹1,499 / $24 a site. The smallest line we bill is ₹499 / $8 a month to look after a domain; the largest is a web app from ₹9,00,000 / $18,000. A website audit is free.

Building something
Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed before anyone starts. A price marked “from” means the scope decides the rest, and the quote is written down before you pay anything.

Every build leaves with a care plan attached — Essential on a small site, Pro on a redesign or a store — because the month after launch is when a site is most fragile. Project prices are quoted in rupees or dollars; pounds and Australian dollars are converted at the invoice rate.
How and when you pay
Published rather than negotiated, so nobody has to ask and nobody has to chase.

Late invoices carry 1.5% a month from day 30, and work stops on day 45 past due — on care and hosting as well. Anything outside the agreed scope is a change request, quoted and approved in writing before it enters the work.
Care and hosting
Charged automatically, in advance, on the same date each month — Autopay mandates in India, card subscriptions everywhere else. There is no manual-invoice option on a recurring plan, which is what keeps the price this low. Pay annually and you pay for ten months instead of twelve, charged once.
A failed payment retries on days 1, 3 and 7. On day 8 support, updates and backups pause while your site stays up. On day 30 the plan ends and we keep your backups for another 30 days. Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice; your price is locked for 12 months from signup.
Tax and invoicing
Every price on this page is before tax. In India we add 18% GST under GSTIN 29AAECI9881N1ZK, which is on every invoice. Outside India this is a zero-rated export of services supplied under a Letter of Undertaking, so no Indian tax is charged and nothing is withheld at our end. Export invoices are raised in dollars, pounds or Australian dollars, whichever you contract in.
What we do not sell
No link building, no keyword strategy, no rank reporting, no ad management, and no posting to your channels. None of it is in any plan on this page and none of it will appear on an invoice. Care Growth includes search hygiene, which is technical only — schema, Core Web Vitals, crawl and index health. If you need the rest, say so and we will introduce you to an agency that does it well.
Pricing questions, answered
How much does it cost to pay someone to maintain a website?
Between ₹4,999 / $79 and ₹29,999 / $499 a month, depending on how much work you want done. The protective half — updates, backups, monitoring, malware cleanup — is identical at every level. What you are really buying more of is hours and a faster answer. Bought on its own, an hour is ₹1,500 / $25.
How much does it cost to maintain a website?
There are two costs, and most quotes only mention one. The plan starts at ₹4,999 / $79 a month; the machine it runs on starts at ₹1,499 / $24. A small site with both is about ₹6,498 / $103 a month, and the domain and email admin is ₹499 / $8 on top of that if you want us holding it.
Is $1,000 a good price for a website?
For a real business site, no. A thousand dollars buys a template filled in, usually with nobody responsible for it afterwards, and the rebuild costs more than doing it once. Our smallest build is ₹1,50,000 / $3,900 for up to ten pages. If your budget is genuinely near $1,000, a good page builder plus a care plan will serve you better than a cheap agency, and we will say so rather than take the job.
What is a fair price for a website?
One where you can see what the hours went on. Ours are ₹1,50,000 / $3,900 for up to ten pages in six weeks, from ₹2,00,000 / $5,900 for a redesign that has to keep the rankings it already has, and ₹2,000 / $40 an hour if you would rather buy the time directly.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, both directions. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is pro-rated; a downgrade applies at the end of the period you have paid for. If you go over your hours three months running we will suggest the upgrade ourselves, because it costs you less than add-on hours do.
What happens if I go over my included hours?
You are told at 80% of the allowance, automatically, before the work carries on. Past that, hours are ₹1,500 / $25 in five-hour packs or ₹1,400 / $23 in tens, quoted and approved in writing first. Nothing reaches an invoice that you have not already agreed to.
Do unused hours roll over?
One month, and only up to half your allowance: 0.5 hours on Essential, 2 on Pro, 4 on Growth. Anything beyond that expires. Rolled-over hours are a scheduling convenience rather than a balance — they are never cashable or refundable, and they end when the plan does.
Is there a contract or a notice period?
No lock-in. Plans run monthly or annually and you cancel with 30 days' written notice, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. An annual plan can be cancelled too; the refund is the unused whole months at the monthly rate, so the two-months-free discount comes back off. Your price is fixed for 12 months from the day you sign up.
What is your refund policy?
In short: a part-used month is not refunded, annual plans refund unused whole months at the monthly rate, and a project deposit covers work already done. The full version is the one that counts and it lives on the refund policy page.
Do you price in pounds and Australian dollars?
Yes. The switch above the tables puts all six recurring plans into pounds or Australian dollars. Those are display conversions: unless you ask otherwise the contract and the charge are in US dollars. Projects and one-off work are quoted in rupees or dollars only.
