Taking over somebody else’s site
Most of what we onboard was built by another agency, sometimes years ago, sometimes by someone who is no longer reachable. Month one is an audit, a credential and licence handover, and a written fix list for what we found — the urgent items done before anything else.
We need admin access and a way to take a staging copy. We do not need the previous agency’s cooperation.
If it is already broken
A site that is hacked needs a cleanup first, not a plan. A site that is merely slow needs a speed sprint. Both are one-off, both are priced, and both are free or included on the higher plans.

How much does WordPress maintenance typically cost?
Somewhere between about $30 and $200 a month for a small business site, and what separates the ends is whether anybody does real work. Ours starts at ₹4,999 / $79: updates tested on staging, daily off-site backups, monitoring, malware cover and an hour of actual development time. Below roughly that, you are buying a monitoring script and nobody to answer when it fires.
What are the best WordPress maintenance services?
The honest answer is that most of them do the same list, and the differences that matter are three: does somebody test updates on staging before production, are the backups stored off the server, and are there real hours included or only monitoring. Ask any provider those three questions — including us — and the shortlist gets short quickly.
How much should I pay someone to maintain my website?
For a normal business site, roughly what a plan at the bottom of our range costs — enough to cover updates, backups, monitoring and a small amount of work. Paying much less usually means nobody is actually looking. Paying much more means you are mostly buying development hours, and at that point a bigger plan is cheaper than buying them by the hour.
Is WordPress outdated?
The platform is not; a great many WordPress sites are. Modern WordPress is a block-based editor, a proper REST API and current PHP. What people are reacting to when they call it dated is an old theme carrying thirty plugins, which is a maintenance problem rather than a platform one — and it is exactly what a plan is for.
Do you work on sites built with Elementor, Divi or a custom theme?
All three, and we will not ask you to rebuild in order to be maintained. Builder sites need more care around core updates, not less, because more of the rendering depends on a third party. If a builder is genuinely holding the site back we will say so and price the alternative, but that is a separate conversation from keeping it running.
What if a plugin update breaks the site?
It should not reach production, because it is applied to staging first and checked there. If something does slip through, we roll back from the backup and fix it — that is inside the plan, not an extra. The reason we test rather than enabling auto-updates is precisely this.
Do I keep my own hosting?
Yes. A plan works on any host we can get proper admin and staging access to, and plenty of clients stay exactly where they are. If you would rather have one team for both, our managed hosting is ₹1,499 / $24 a site and drops 15% alongside Pro or Growth.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — 30 days' written notice, ending at the end of your paid period, with no lock-in and no exit fee. Your site, your database and your backups are yours and we hand them over. Your price is also locked for 12 months from signup, so nothing changes under you.
