Managed WordPress hosting, run by the people who build the sites.
Managed hosting means the server is ours to run: we provision it, patch it, cache it, certify it, back it up off-site and watch it, for ₹1,499 / $24 a site a month. You get a cloud VPS slot instead of a shared box, a staging environment, daily backups kept 30 days and a 99.9% uptime target — from a team that also knows the website sitting on top of it.
₹1,499 / $24 a site, per month. Moving an existing site across is free. Cancel on 30 days’ notice.
Cheap hosting with nobody attached is the expensive option
₹200 a month is a genuinely good price for a machine. It is not a price for anybody who will do anything about it.
A shared box is fast until one of the neighbours has a good day
Budget hosting puts hundreds of sites on one machine and one pool of memory. Your checkout gets slow because somebody else ran a campaign, and there is nothing on your side to fix.
The backup lives on the machine it is meant to protect
Host-included backups are usually stored on the same server. That covers a bad edit. It does not cover the day the server itself is the problem, which is the day you needed it.
The support desk can see the server, not your site
A host answers about disks, ports and uptime, and its remit stops there. It will not read a fatal error in your theme or tell you which plugin update caused it, because that was never the deal.
With no staging, every change is a live change
Without a copy to try things on, an update either goes straight onto the running site or never happens at all. Both of those are how sites end up two years behind.
What is on managed hosting
One tier, one price per site. Buyers at this price point ask what the stack is, so it is written down rather than described as “enterprise-grade”.
Managed WordPress hosting
WordPress and WooCommerce sites, on our cloud.
₹1,499 / month
$24 / month outside India · per site
- A cloud VPS slot, provisioned and tuned for the site rather than a shared account
- Free certificate, issued and renewed automatically
- CDN in front of the site
- Daily backups with 30-day retention, stored off the server
- A staging environment
- 99.9% uptime target
- PHP and MySQL version management
- Server-level caching and a firewall
The machines are Hetzner or DigitalOcean, provisioned and managed through Cloudways or RunCloud. We do not own datacentres — what you are buying is the layer those companies leave out: a named team that configures the stack, watches it, and answers when it misbehaves. Updates to WordPress itself sit on a care plan, not here.
The other two things we run for people
Both are sold on their own. Neither needs you to host with us.
Domain, DNS and email admin
₹499 / $8
per domain, per month
The registrar account, the renewals, the DNS records, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up and watched so the mail keeps arriving. Registrar fees are re-billed at cost — the admin fee is the only markup. Expiry alerts at 60, 30 and 7 days. We already hold 24 domains for 24 clients.
Server management
₹7,999 / $119
per server, per month
For your own VPS, EC2 or Lightsail rather than ours. Monthly OS and package patching, firewall and intrusion blocking, resource monitoring with alerts, backups configured and restores actually tested, and 2 hours a month of ops work included.
Add a care plan and the hosting drops 15%
The discount is on hosting and never on care — care is the line we do not discount, and hosting is the line that makes one team responsible for the whole thing.
| What you take | Hosting | Total each month |
|---|---|---|
| Hosting on its own | ₹1,499 / $24 | ₹1,499 / $24 |
| Care Pro + hosting | ₹1,274 / $20 | ₹13,273 / $219 |
| Care Growth + hosting | ₹1,274 / $20 | ₹31,273 / $519 |
Care Essential does not carry the discount. Indian prices are before GST; export invoices carry no IGST. Everything is on the pricing page, and the plans themselves are on care plans.
Moving your site across is free, and we do it
Not “free migration” in the sense of a tool you run yourself. We take a copy, rebuild it on the new server, check it against the old one page by page, lower the DNS time-to-live two days ahead and cut over in the quietest window for your audience. The URLs stay the same, the mail keeps flowing because we carry the MX records with it, and the old host stays paid until we are sure.
That covers a normal site moving hosts. A change of system, a rebuild, or a store in the middle of a campaign is a project with its own plan and its own quote — that is a migration, and it is priced separately.
What happens at 3am
- Uptime target
- 99.9%
- Uptime checks
- Every minute
- Backups
- Daily, off the server
- Backup retention
- 30 days
A failed check alerts us, not only you, and a restore comes from last night’s off-site copy rather than from whatever the server still has. Response times run on your care plan; the full terms are in the service level agreement.
Hosting questions, answered
How much does it cost to host and maintain a website?
Hosting is ₹1,499 / $24 a site a month here. A care plan for the website on top starts at ₹4,999 / $79, and taking both drops the hosting 15% to ₹1,274 / $20. So a small business site is roughly ₹6,273 / $99 a month all in, before Indian GST. Every figure is on the pricing page.
Can I run my website without hosting?
Not a normal website, no — the files and database have to live on a server somebody runs. What you can skip is a separate host: a Shopify store, or a site on a builder like Wix or Squarespace, has hosting folded into the subscription you already pay.
Do you host Shopify and WooCommerce stores?
WooCommerce yes, on the same plan — a store is heavier than a brochure site, so it gets more resources and object caching, and we size it with you. Shopify hosts its own stores and you cannot move that elsewhere, so there is nothing for us to host; what a Shopify store needs from us is a care plan and its domain and mail managed.
Do websites require maintenance?
Hosting keeps the machine healthy; it does not update the software running on it. WordPress core, plugins and themes still need patching, testing and backing up, and that is a care plan rather than hosting. We sell them separately so nobody pays twice for the same thing.
Can I keep my current host?
Yes. A care plan works on any host we can get proper access to, and plenty of clients stay where they are. We will only ask you to move if the host is the actual cause of the problem — and we will show you why rather than assert it.
Do you resell someone else’s hosting?
Yes, and we would rather say so than pretend to own a datacentre. The machines are Hetzner or DigitalOcean, provisioned and managed through Cloudways or RunCloud. That is a feature: your site sits on infrastructure with real redundancy, and what you buy from us is the part those companies do not do, which is somebody running it for you.
What happens if I leave?
The site, the database and the backups are yours. We hand over a full export and help your next host or developer bring it up; 30 days’ notice ends the plan at the end of the paid period. Nothing is held hostage, and nothing is locked to a panel only we can open.
One team for the site and the machine under it.
Start the plan and we schedule the move for a quiet evening this week. If you would rather we looked at where you are first, book a call and we will tell you honestly whether moving is worth it.
